Bring out the Ark Wet weekend just gone

Despite a very wet weekend, gale force winds, hailstones and sunshine, we managed to cover two large events, Troon show for the first time, and Lanhydrock horse trials for the 6th year running.
Troon was fairly well attended even though the weather conditions were very testing to say the least.
A very nice large hunter won the supreme owned and ridden by a rider from the Newquay area.
Lanhydrock horse trials ran, although numbers were down on the day a little, some people electing not to go due to bad weather forecasted. On the day it eventually dried up after very heavy showers through the morning, see the early dressage and SJ for some of the worst conditions we have seen at a HT for a fair few years.
